  • الحق في الاستبدال والاسترجاع

    نحن نضمن لك حق الاستبدال والاسترجاع لجميع المنتجات المعروضة في متجرنا وفقاً للشروط والأحكام المحددة في هذه الصفحة.

    الشروط الأساسية للاستبدال والاسترجاع

    يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية عند الشراء، مع التغليف الأصلي.

    يُقبل الاسترجاع خلال ثلاثة (3) أيام من تاريخ الشراء، ويُقبل الاستبدال خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

    - في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام (بدون عربون): يحق للعميل رفض الطلب، ولكن قد يتم حرمانه من الاستفادة من عروض مستقبلية.

    كيفية طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

    للتقديم على طلب استرجاع أو استبدال، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" أو عبر أرقامنا الهاتفية.

    يجب تصوير المنتج المعيب أو الذي ترغب في استبداله، وإرسال الصورة مع تحديد المدينة والعنوان ورقم الطلب، ليتم استبداله بمنتج آخر في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو إذا لم يتوافق مع ما تم الاتفاق عليه.

    استرجاع المبلغ

    في حالة استلامك منتجاً مختلفاً تماماً عن الوصف الموجود في صفحة المنتج على موقعنا، سيتم استرجاع المبلغ كاملاً.

    - الدفع المسبق (العربون) غير قابل للاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:
    • إذا رفض العميل استلام الطلب عند التوصيل.
    • إذا لم يرد العميل على محاولات التواصل من طرف شركة التوصيل.
    • إذا استلم العميل المنتج ولم يكن راضياً عنه (يتم رد المبلغ المدفوع عند الاستلام فقط دون العربون).
    • إذا ذكر العميل أنه قام بخطأ في الطلب بعد تأكيده.
    - يتم استرجاع مبلغ العربون فقط إذا لم يقم المتجر بشحن أو تسليم الطلب لأي سبب كان.

    المنتجات التي لا تشملها سياسة الاسترجاع

    نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن أي توقعات لاستخدام المنتج من قبل العميل لم يتم ذكرها في صفحة المنتج على الموقع.

    خصم على المنتجات غير المعيبة

    في حال رغبتك في إرجاع المنتج الذي لا يحتوي على أي عيب أو مشكلة، يتم خصم 30% من قيمته أو مبلغ لا يقل عن 25 ريال من قيمة المنتج.

  • Right of Exchange and Return
    We guarantee your right to exchange or return all products displayed in our store in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on this page.

    Basic Conditions for Exchange and Return
    The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, with its original packaging.
    Returns are accepted within three (3) days from the date of purchase, and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
    In the case of Cash on Delivery (without deposit): the customer has the right to refuse the order, but may be excluded from future promotional offers.
    How to Request an Exchange or Return
    To submit a request for return or exchange, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers.
    The defective product (or the product you wish to exchange) must be photographed, and the photo should be sent along with the city, address, and order number.
    The product will be exchanged if it is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

    Refunds
    If you receive a product completely different from the description on our product page, the full amount will be refunded.
    Advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable in the following cases:
    If the customer refuses to receive the order upon delivery.
    If the customer does not respond to the courier’s contact attempts.
    If the customer receives the product but is not satisfied with it (only the amount paid on delivery will be refunded, excluding the deposit).
    If the customer states that they made a mistake in the order after confirming it.
    The deposit amount will only be refunded if the store fails to ship or deliver the order for any reason.
    Products Not Covered by the Return Policy
    We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product usage that are not mentioned on the product page.

    Deduction for Non-Defective Products
    If you wish to return a product that is not defective or faulty, 30% of its value will be deducted, or a minimum of 25 SAR will be charged from the product value.
